On September 13th, the Philadelphia Eagles took on the Washington Football Team as they kicked off their 2020 NFL season. The game started off great, with the Eagles leading, but then took a turn for the worse in the second half of the game.

How I feel about the Philadelphia Eagles losing to the Washington Football Team

In the beginning of this game, the Eagles were doing well. They scored on their first position of the game and were beating the Washington Football Team by seventeen points before the middle of the second quarter.

The Eagles offensive line needs improvement

Quarterback Carson Wentz was sacked more times than a bag of potatoes. To be charitable, the Eagles offensive line…needs improvement. And not just a little. Not to mention that Wentz may need to get his eyes checked with the amount of interceptions he threw today. He needs to learn how to get out of his own way and get out of the pocket and find his receivers.

All in all, this game was painful to watch in the second half. Here’s to week two.
